Scope. ELMNT Solutions LLC (“ELMNT,” “we,” “us”) provides this notice to explain how information is handled through our public website and business inquiries. It does not replace privacy or confidentiality terms in a separate customer agreement.
Information you provide. When you contact us, we receive the name, work email, inquiry type, and message you submit, along with your organization and phone number if provided. We also receive information you choose to share through email, phone, or follow-up communications. Please provide a general overview only; do not submit classified, controlled unclassified, or export-controlled information, credentials, or sensitive technical details through this website.
Website operation and cookies. Webflow hosts this website. Hosting providers and providers of website resources may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. The site loads a scrolling library from the jsDelivr content delivery network. Webflow visitor analytics and Google Analytics are not currently configured. Cookies or similar technologies may be used by website features or providers if enabled. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect some features.
How we use information. We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your requirements, evaluate project or teaming fit, communicate about requested services, and maintain relevant business records. We may also use information to protect the website, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.
Service providers and disclosures. Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, form delivery, email, and business communications, including Webflow where its form processing is used. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security. We do not use website inquiry information for joint marketing or sell it to advertisers.
Retention. We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage related business discussions or services, and meet recordkeeping or legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable requirements. You may contact us to request deletion; some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or ongoing business matters.
Security. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee complete security. The public contact form is intended for ordinary business inquiries, not confidential technical files or sensitive operational information.
Your choices and requests. You may ask us about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop optional follow-up communications. Additional rights may apply under the laws relevant to you. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements may limit a request.
